President Kovind to handle nation tomorrow on eve of seventy fifth Independence Day


On the eve of the seventy fifth Independence Day, President Ram Nath Kovind will deal with the nation on Saturday. It could be broadcast from 7pm on all the nationwide community of All India Radio and telecast on Doordarshan in Hindi after which in English. 

Later, deal with could be telecasted in regional languages by regional channels of Doordarshan. Meanwhile, AIR could be broadcasting the regional language variations at 9.30 pm its respective regional networks.

This 12 months, the central authorities has taken up an initiative Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ to commemorate 75 years of India’s Independence. It was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and he flagged off Dandi March from Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad on March 12.

For instilling a way of pleasure and confidence amongst residents that the Indian Army is dedicated to defending the nation in all kinds of terrain and local weather, the groups of the Army will scale 75 mountain passes to mark this momentous event. The passes embody Saserla Pass within the Ladakh area, Stakpochan Pass within the Kargil area, Satopanth, Harshil, Uttarakhand, Phim Karnla, Sikkim and Point 4493, Tawang area of Arunachal Pradesh.
