National Cinema Day: Movie Tickets to Cost on Sept. 3

Movie tickets at hundreds of theaters throughout the US will cost just $3 on Saturday, Sept. 3 . The Cinema Foundation, a nonprofit group with the National Association of Theater Owners, introduced Sunday that the low cost can be out there at over 3,000 places in celebration of National Cinema Day.

Major chains, together with AMC and Regal Cinemas, are among the many many theaters collaborating within the one-day occasion. Tickets for each displaying, in each format, can be discounted at these collaborating places. You can discover which theaters close to you supply the low cost on the National Cinema Day web site.

The new big day devoted to the cinema honors a summer season of record-breaking moviegoing, due to movies equivalent to Top Gun: Maverick

Minions: Rise of GruDoctor Strange within the Multiverse of Madness and Jurassic World Dominion.

“After this summer’s record-breaking return to cinemas, we wanted to do something to celebrate moviegoing,” stated Jackie Brenneman, Cinema Foundation president. “We’re doing it by offering a ‘thank you’ to the moviegoers that made this summer happen, and by offering an extra enticement for those who haven’t made it back yet.”

National Cinema Day and its $3 film tickets come as MovieMove is ready to relaunch its credit-based movie show subscription service on Labor Day.
