Assam Government Employees To Get Half-Day Leave To Watch 'The Kashmir Files' - Himanta Biswa Sarma

Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday introduced that state authorities workers can avail a half-day depart to look at the lately launched film “The Kashmir Files”, which relies on the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from the Valley within the Nineteen Nineties.

“Glad to announce that our Govt employees will be entitled to half-day special leave to watch #TheKashmirFiles. They will have to only inform their superior officers and submit the tickets the next day,” Mr Sarma stated.
