In the Hojai district of Assam, 24 People have been Arrested for Assaulting doctor named Seuj Kumar Senapati by the Family of a dead patient at a Covid care Hospital. People on Tuesday arrested for assaulting a doctor at Udali Hospital in Hojai district of Assam.
Dr Seuj Kumar Senapati, who Worked at a Covid Care Centre in Udali in Hojai, was kicked and thrashed with brooms and utensils by the mob on Tuesday afternoon.

“ 24 People have been Arrested for Assaulting doctor are inactive and a charge sheet is filed at the earliest. I’m in person observance of this investigation and that I promise that justice is served,” Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted.
Meanwhile, the Assam State Branch of the IMA on Wed needed all doctors within the state to abstain from outside patient services.
